Another factor influencing my project (specifically the 'Compilation' covering the 'Jesus Event') was the widespread use of ebooks. Many people are happy to read from the screen!
Versions of the actual Bible are available as ebooks, in particular for Kindle. Amazon has a listing (and a link to enable Kindle reading from any smartphone or tablet). (Amazon in fact includes many other Bible ebook listings some of which are obscure but seem to cover KJV publications.)
